Parcels are delivered by courier. Shipping prices depend on the weight of the package with the ordered products and are agreed before shipment with the Store administrator by phone or e-mail. The price displayed next to the products does not include shipping costs and is not visible in the basket.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Return of goods is possible only if the goods have not been used, are undamaged, have commercial value and have not been tailored to individual dimensions.

The returned goods should be sent back together with a VAT invoice at the Customer's expense via Poczta Polska or a courier company to the address of the Online Store Owner. The owner reserves the right to refuse to accept a shipment sent "cash on delivery".

The money for the returned goods will be transferred within 14 business days from the date of return, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.

The customer has the right to file a complaint in the Online Store in the event of defects and discrepancies in the quantity or type of the product received with those included in the order.

Complaints should be submitted in writing by sending a photocopy of the invoice along with a description of any discrepancies in the received shipment.

The basis for accepting a complaint is proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or VAT invoice.

In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be replaced with another one of full value, and if this is no longer possible (for example due to exhaustion of stocks), the store will refund the Customer the equivalent of the product price or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.

Returns are only possible in the event of a product defect. All products are sewn to size upon receipt of the order.
